Curt's Underwater Photos » Cozumel, Mexico
Cozumel is a small island 12 miles off the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. The waters are clear, and there are some fish seen nowhere else in the world. Most of the diving here is deep drift diving. I've been leading trips to Cozumel since 1988, and at the moment, it's an annual trip every February. It's a great time to get away from Washington, DC, and it's also one of the best values I know in dive travel.

11-15 February 1999. Between the rough weather which made us miss a day of diving, and working with beginners, I didn't take very many pictures this trip.

14-21 February 2001. This was our last time at Club Cozumel Caribe, as they closed in December 2001. It was also one of our largest groups ever, with 18 divers. On a dive to Barracuda Wall, I flooded my camera, so didn't take many pictures for this trip.
